Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate coffee and matcha professional to join our team as a Specialty Coffee and Matcha Barista. As a key member of our barista team, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a diverse range of specialty coffee beverages, including pour-over and espresso with precision and consistency.

You will also be expected to prepare and serve high-quality matcha beverages, such as matcha lattes and usucha, using traditional Japanese methods and techniques. Your knowledge of coffee and matcha origins, flavor profiles, and brewing parameters will be essential in enhancing the customer experience.

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including coffee equipment, serving areas, and storage areas, in accordance with food safety standards is crucial for your success in this role.

Your day-to-day operations will include managing the daily workflow, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Coffee and Matcha Knowledge: A deep understanding of coffee and matcha origins, flavor profiles, and brewing parameters is essential for providing exceptional customer service and creating unique beverage experiences.
