We play with an intriguing use of premium ingredients and embrace the weird and wonderful to create coffee & tea with unique, complex characters and aromas. Our Coffee Bar is built on the spirit of creativity and collaboration.

We are seeking an experienced, hungry, and committed individual to join our team as the Coffee Connoisseur for Singapore’s first ever Coffee Bar and someone who is looking to grow in their career.

The role will work closely with the Management team and lead the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring seamless operations across coffee bar operations, barista team, and customer service.

Our Coffee Connoisseur will create a customer-centric culture focused on delivering memorable customer experiences, be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality specialty coffee beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized coffee bar environment, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a cafe enviorment preferred.
- Knowledge and passion for specialty coffee, including different brewing methods, coffee origins, and flavor profile.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player, detail-oriented with a focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and techniques.
