Project Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional interior design fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead, plan, coordinate, and execute projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with construction teams, internal stakeholders, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor and control projects to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets, and delivery schedules.
  • Cost Management: Manage project costs, including budgeting, cost estimation, and value engineering.
  • Site Management: Attend regular site meetings and inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, or Interior Design.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design and fit-out industry managing sales, marketing, building projects, and planning for retail, construction, commercial projects, corporate offices, galleries, museums, and theme parks.
  • CAD Proficiency: Ability to read CAD drawings.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under dynamic phases and stress.
