
High-Level Technical Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Application Support Lead to spearhead our high-level technical operations.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for Level 3 support issues, overseeing the entire incident lifecycle from initiation through resolution. They will maintain a comprehensive record of support incidents and vendor tickets, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
This role demands exceptional analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Java development, SQL, and container platforms like Kubernetes or OpenShift. Experience with cloud-native applications in cloud environments is highly advantageous.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of application support experience, with 2-5 years in a senior or leadership-level L3 support role.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of incident management, problem resolution, and production support processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Java development and SQL is essential.
- Experience deploying and maintaining Java cloud-native applications in cloud environments is a plus.
