Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficient operation of incinerators and boilers, maximizing waste treatment capacity.
  • Maintain equipment and machinery in optimal working condition to prevent unnecessary shutdowns.
  • Conduct regular plant machine checks, monitor safety standards, and enforce housekeeping protocols.
  • Submit shift operation data and reports to the Manager.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plant shutdown schedules.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Chemistry or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in rotary kiln incinerator or boiler operations.
  • Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
