Job Description:
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing payment operations and ensuring transactions are processed efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with Finance to maintain account integrity and take ownership of payment function transfers. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in mitigating financial risks and resolving issues that impact the trading platform.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee payment operations and daily bank reconciliations
• Support trust banking operations and maintain account integrity
• Take ownership of payment function transfers and ensure seamless handovers
• Assist in fraud investigations and provide documentation to mitigate financial risks
• Coordinate remediation and resolution steps for issues impacting the trading platform
• Provide trading operations support, including handling internal service requests and operational requests

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in an operations or application support role, preferably in Stockbroking or Financial Services
• Numerical proficiency and excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to tailor communication to the appropriate audience
• Strong understanding and interest in equity markets
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of formulas, vlookups, and pivot tables
