**AI Engineer Position**

This role requires a skilled professional to design and implement advanced AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business problems.

  • We are looking for an individual with strong technical expertise in AI/ML and experience in combining it with business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and translate business challenges into AI/ML solutions.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end AI projects, from prototype to production-ready models.
  • Assess data readiness, quality, and governance for AI applications.
  • Research and apply emerging technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring prototypes into production.
  • Communicate AI value and ROI to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Or 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, solution design, or data science.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and LangChain.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps.
  • Track record of deployed AI solutions or publications in top AI conferences.
  • Domain knowledge in logistics/shipping/supply chain is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
