AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML engineer to drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models and applications using MS OpenAI, AI Search, Power Platform, etc.
  • Evaluate and benchmark Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, LLaMA, Claude.
  • Collaborate on functional/process design, prototyping, testing, and deployment.
  • Drive innovation and experimentation to unlock new business use cases.
  • Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Provide support and maintenance to ensure reliability and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in IT, with 6+ years in AI/ML solutions.
  • Degree in AI, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in Azure Cloud, MS OpenAI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, Cosmos DB.
  • Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, REST API development, React, Spring Boot.
  • Experience with VectorDB, NoSQL, RDBMS, and MLOps/DataOps pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of LLMs & agentic AI.
  • Background in the banking/financial sector is a plus.
