Job Title: IT Support Analyst, Treasury

This role is primarily responsible for providing L1/L2 support for Treasury applications which include ALM, Risk Management, Data Management, and Trading systems.

The successful candidate will provide high quality application and user support to ensure IT systems availability, reliability, and performance that support business processes globally.

  • Perform proactive application health checks to prevent potential failures
  • Manage the Incident through to completion. Engage various IT teams in resolving incidents efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform effective problem management on recurring incidents. Lead and manage problems throughout the lifecycle.
  • Ensure problem resolutions are released in production on-time and with high quality.
  • Ensure all changes to the Production Environment follow the TD
