Job Title: Treasury Administrator Assistant

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Treasury Administrator Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily treasury operations by ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining precise records of all bank transactions and reconciling statements to ensure accuracy. Additionally, they will work closely with internal teams and banks to facilitate loan drawdowns and repayments, assist in forecasting cash inflows and outflows to optimize fund usage, and participate in ad hoc projects related to treasury operations.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong organizational and time management skills, have experience with accounts payable and treasury operations, and be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in forecasting and budgeting is also essential.

Apart from the above requirements, it would be beneficial if you have knowledge of hedging and risk management techniques, compliance with regulatory requirements, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.

  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and banks to facilitate loan drawdowns and repayments.

  • Assist in forecasting cash inflows and outflows to optimize fund usage.

  • Participate in ad hoc projects related to treasury operations.

  • Provide general administrative assistance as needed.
