Senior Platform Leader

\

You will be responsible for leading the design, development, integration, and optimization of enterprise-grade communication and collaboration platforms.

\

About the Role:

\
  • \
  • Drive platform architecture, software engineering practices, and site reliability engineering (SRE) to ensure secure, scalable, and optimized systems.\
  • Champion modern engineering methodologies and contribute to technology stewardship through internal and external engagements.\
  • Lead the design and validation of secure, resilient, and optimized communication and collaboration platforms, integrating both commercial and proprietary systems with disaster recovery capabilities.\
  • Define and monitor Service Level Objectives/Service Level Indicators (SLOs/SLIs), apply SRE best practices for scalability and performance, and lead incident response and troubleshooting across complex systems.\
  • Provide strategic guidance on platform usage and modernization, advise on new technology adoption, and contribute to external technical communities and knowledge sharing.\
  • Design and leverage APIs to enable AI agent functionality, enhancing enterprise automation and digital user experience.\
  • Requirements:\
    • \
    • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronic/Electrical Engineering, with 5-6 years of relevant working experience.\
    • Leadership knowledge in one of the following areas: conferencing platforms, communication platforms, or collaboration platforms.\
    • Proven experience and deep understanding in communication and collaboration platform architecture topologies, end-to-end stack components, and containerized environments.\
    • Proficiency with modern DevOps practices and tools, such as PowerShell, Python, and Terraform.\
    • Expertise in developing custom applications, workflows, plugins, and APIs for enhanced functionality and integration.\
    • Experience with SRE methodologies, synthetic monitoring, and capacity planning.\
    • Nice-to-Haves:\
      • \
      • Possess leadership in transitioning legacy systems to modern platforms and methodologies.\
      • Familiarity with COTS and proprietary system integration.\
      • Experience designing APIs for AI agent integration with enterprise systems.\
      • Contributions to technical communities, such as blogs, forums, and external partnerships.\
