Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance/Control Specialist to ensure the quality of our products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and assisting on quality management matters.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Performing internal audits and record checking to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards, and contract requirements.
  • Managing the Document Control system.
  • Reviewing processes and ensuring subcontractors comply and complete their work according to contract requirements.
  • Conducting assessments and reviews on sub-contractors' performance.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in audit and/or assessment processes.
  • Preparing monthly reports on the quality of works and services performed by the team and subcontractors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess a Diploma in any field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality standards.
  • Experience in IFM-related fields or fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Skillsets in audit management, data collection and analysis, quality and internal controls.
  • Leading by example, displaying honesty.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to problem-solve.
  • A self-independent team player with a growth mindset.
