Dynamic Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead dynamic transformation initiatives in Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.


">About the Opportunity:
As a highly motivated individual, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering scalable solutions that meet business requirements. This role combines deep product knowledge with leadership skills in shaping digital transformation strategies, guiding technical teams, and engaging stakeholders across industries.

Main Responsibilities:
• Lead solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (Finance, SCM, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• Translate business and functional requirements into effective D365 solutions.
• Define architecture for integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.
• Mentor and guide a team of functional/technical consultants and developers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact with client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and delivery frameworks.
• Support pre-sales and business development with solution design and effort estimates.

Requirements:
• 6–10 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP/D365 solutions.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on enterprise D365 projects.
• Strong functional expertise in one or more areas: D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience in data migration, security modeling, and user adoption planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing teams and leading client workshops or discovery sessions.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Functional Consultant Associate (Finance/Supply Chain/CRM modules), or Azure Fundamentals or relevant technical certifications.
