Senior Dynamics Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, develop, and implement comprehensive CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. This role requires expertise in creating custom solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design and Development: Utilize model-driven apps, plugins, Power Automate, and workflows to craft innovative CRM solutions.
  • Module Customization: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules to meet specific business needs.
  • Requirements Translation: Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and CRM configurations.
  • Integration and Deployment: Integrate CRM with third-party systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions, and support deployment activities across development, UAT, and production environments via Azure DevOps.
  • Data Migration: Perform data migration using SSIS, custom console apps, or third-party tools.
  • Documentation and Support: Create and maintain documentation for code, configurations, deployments, and architecture, and troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure secure, stable CRM environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development.
  • .NET and Scripting: Strong experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API) and CRM scripting (JavaScript, jQuery).
  • Power Platform: Proficient in Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Model-Driven Apps.
  • Azure Services: Experience with Azure services: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management.
  • CRM Customizations: Deep understanding of CRM customizations, plugin/workflow development, and SSRS reporting.
  • CI/CD Processes: Skilled in CI/CD processes, Azure DevOps pipelines, and source control (Git).
  • Data Migration Tools: Experience with data migration tools and techniques (SSIS, third-party connectors).
  • CRM Security Roles: Knowledge of CRM security roles, user management, and performance tuning.
  • Agile/Scrum Environments: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Certification: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer or Consultant.
  • ERP/Third-Party System Integrations: Familiarity with ERP/third-party system integrations.
