Job Description

As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our campus.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations to maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. This includes proactively engaging with customers to build strong relationships and understand their needs.

Additionally, you will develop effective sales pitches by familiarizing yourself with our curriculum and programs. You will also support management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales and achieve business targets.

In this role, you will plan, organize, and communicate campus events to customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communication platforms and resolving queries efficiently.

Furthermore, you will coordinate class schedules and arrange for replacement teachers when necessary. You will monitor student attendance and follow up on makeup lessons.

Administrative tasks will also be part of your responsibilities, including maintaining ERP systems, student records, and tracking withdrawals. You will share expertise and provide guidance to direct reports, motivating and working collaboratively as a team to achieve service excellence and center targets.

Liaising with landlords on updates is also an essential aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Sales experience in industries such as beauty, cosmetics, or retail services is highly desirable.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask are must-haves.
  • Prior experience working with children is an added advantage.
Working Hours
  • Monday: off
  • Tuesday to Friday: 1:30 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
