The Role of a Campus Manager
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of a Campus Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our campus, ensuring a smooth running environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively engaging with customers to build rapport and understanding their needs.
- Familiarising with our curriculum and programme to deliver effective sales pitches.
- Supporting management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales.
- Planning, organising and communicating campus events to customers.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers and managing communication platforms.
- Handling customer enquiries, student enrolment and post-sales services.
- Coordinating class schedules and arranging for replacement teachers when necessary.
- Monitoring student attendance and following up on makeup lessons.
We believe that our team members should have a strong sense of accountability, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing or education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, organised and able to multitask.
Working Hours
Our working hours are Monday: off
Tuesday - Friday: 1.30pm - 7.30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 7.30pm
