Job Title: Strategic Resource Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for securing, prioritizing, and allocating financial and manpower resources to ensure that our overall strategies and objectives are achieved in the most efficient and effective manner.
The successful candidate will have up to 6 years of relevant work experience in establishment/manpower planning and management, budget management, as well as budgetary policies. They will possess strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals/teams internally and externally.
This role requires an individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, with strong skills in numerical calculation and statistical analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Secure and optimize manpower resources to implement our programs and agency operations
- Evaluate establishment/Manpower Management Framework (MMF) requests from Divisions
- Plan, prepare, secure, and allocate budgets for various funding sources and manpower resources
- Liaise and manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders on budgetary and establishment/manpower matters
- Up to 6 years of relevant work experience in establishment/manpower planning and management, budget management, as well as budgetary policies
- Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals/teams internally and externally
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong skills in numerical calculation and statistical analysis
