Residential Engineering Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with experience in residential projects.

About the Role:

  • Familiarize with project organization, site conditions, contract terms, specifications, and drawings.
  • Supervise and inspect site works, ensuring compliance with design intent, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Maintain proper site records, including daily reports, safety logs, and materials tracking.
  • Verify contractor's setting out, service routes, and preliminaries, and report any deviations to the team.
  • Review and verify contractor's progress claims and variation works.
  • Address contractor's queries and coordinate between main contractors and direct contractors.
  • Inspect and ensure completed works comply with statutory and contract requirements.
  • Supervise engineering works and carry out additional duties as instructed by the team.
  • Prepare Punch/Defect Lists and follow up on rectification during the Maintenance Period.
  • Witness inspections, testing, and commissioning to confirm compliance with design and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Recognized Diploma/Nitec in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering/Building.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Residential projects.
  • A good team player with experience in assisting the team in supervision.
