Project Estimator and Procurement Specialist

We require a skilled professional to undertake the role of Project Estimator and Procurement Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and procuring materials and services in support of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately estimate costs for projects and prepare detailed budgets and expenditure reports.
- Source and procure high-quality materials and services from reputable suppliers and contractors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and clients.
- Evaluate and manage subcontractor claims and variations.
- Prepare tender submissions and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Monitor and control project expenditure to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in architectural or engineering works, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
- Degree in building services, electrical engineering, air conditioning, plumbing, or building management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
