Job Title: Therapeutic Service Provider

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic services to our clients. This includes performing treatments in accordance with professional standards, providing advice on the benefits of treatments performed, and ensuring guest comfort during treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent professional therapeutic services (either foot or body) in accordance with professional standards.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on the benefits of the treatments performed.
  • Be sensitive to each customer's comfort level and service needs.
  • Ensure guest comfort during the treatment by monitoring room temperature, lighting, and music level.
  • Enquire about guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services.
  • Set up therapeutic and work stations, responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the facilities.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely.
  • Resolve guest complaints and report any accidents to the supervisor.
