Job Title: Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team of psychologists to provide high-quality assessment and therapy services for our clients - primarily children and adolescents aged 3 to 18 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological assessments for ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and other mental health conditions
  • Case conceptualisation, diagnosis and making evidence-based recommendations
  • Provide accessible feedback to parents
  • Report writing
Intervention:
  • Conducting individual and group interventions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, e.g. CBT, DBT, ACT
  • Resource and programme development
  • Maintain case notes and other documentation
  • Monitor and evaluate intervention outcomes
  • Engage parents as part of therapeutic process, e.g. feedback, advice
Capacity Building:
  • Conduct talks and workshops for parents and teachers
  • Supervision of junior psychologists/interns
  • Team meetings / peer supervision
Other Duties:
  • Service monitoring and improvement
  • Conceptualising new projects or involvement in existing projects
Requirements:

Recognised Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology is required. Registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SRP) or other recognised professional body is also necessary. Experience conducting assessments, with strong clinical formulation and report writing skills, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, teens and families are also crucial. Competence in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions and proficiency in spoken Chinese (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients) are advantageous.

Working hours are typically Mondays to Fridays, 10am to 7pm. Saturday availability is preferred, with weekday off in lieu.
