Senior Ground Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our team in Ground Engineering. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Civil 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads/OpenTunnels, and Geotech knowledge to coordinate with project teams for the technical delivery of engineering drawings.

The successful candidate will guide and mentor junior team members, assist in developing drafting standards, and draw 3D ground models based on investigation reports. They will also ensure technical accuracy and timely delivery of drawings and models.

Familiarity with Eurocode and Swedish Geotech standards is advantageous. Proficiency in AutoCAD & Civil 3D is required; experience with Bentley software, MicroStation, OpenTunnels/OpenRoads, Novapoint Geosuite, and Navisworks is desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and mentor junior team members
  • Assist in developing drafting standards
  • Draw 3D ground models based on investigation reports
  • Coordinate with project managers and engineers for input and review
  • Ensure technical accuracy and timely delivery of drawings and models
Requirements
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI with minimum 6 years of experience; B.Tech. candidates preferred
  • Experience in Geotech, 2D and 3D modeling, and international projects, especially Swedish projects, is a plus
  • Self-motivated team player with good communication skills
