We are seeking a skilled Cloud Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, or business operations to work with us. As a Cloud Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support our cloud-based projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology industry and be able to identify and attract high-quality candidates who possess the necessary skills and qualifications. You will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from initial outreach to final selection and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and selecting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to final selection and onboarding
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop targeted job descriptions
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, or business operations
- A strong understanding of the technology industry and its trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
