Job Description:

As a microbiologist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining environmental monitoring programs and laboratory procedures. This includes conducting microbiological tests on water samples, participating in audit preparation and responses, and leading the verification of microbiological methods.


You will also oversee the maintenance of worksheets detailing all tests performed, participate in initiatives related to EHS, business compliance, and continuous improvement, and support laboratory performance metrics.


Additionally, you will be required to complete tasks assigned by supervisors, ensuring the successful implementation of laboratory procedures and protocols.


To excel in this role, a minimum degree in Microbiology/Life Sciences or similar is required, along with at least 2-3 years of relevant microbiology experience, preferably in the pharma/life sciences industry.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key skills and qualifications include proficiency in CAPA, Microsoft Office, quality control, process improvement, characterization, and strong analytical skills.
