Job Title: Microbiological Laboratory Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for microbiology? We are seeking a skilled Microbiological Laboratory Specialist to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Manage laboratory operations, ensuring the integrity of our ISO/IEC 17025 management system.
  • Perform routine analysis, including preparation of reagents, media, and samples, as well as equipment calibration and testing.
  • Maintain laboratory facilities, safety protocols, and equipment in optimal condition.
  • Assist in releasing test results by transferring data to job sheets.
  • Contribute to method development and other assigned tasks.
  • Report to section superiors and participate in regular meetings to discuss progress and goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in microbiology and laboratory procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
