Microbiological laboratory testing plays a crucial role in ensuring public health and safety. The primary objective of this position is to perform and maintain high-quality microbiological testing and sampling procedures, adhering to established guidelines and regulations.

The successful candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of microbiological techniques and test methods, including the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment. A strong emphasis will be placed on maintaining accurate records and reporting any quality issues promptly.

A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork will be essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The candidate will also be expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of safety and excellence within the organization.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have relevant working experience in food testing laboratories, ideally with a minimum diploma in Microbiology/Chemistry/Food Science or related discipline. They should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong team player skills.
