Key Responsibilities:Lead Conversion & Engagement
  • Follow up promptly with course enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions
  • Build trust and rapport with learners to understand their needs and preferences
Achieve Enrolment Goals
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets by effectively promoting our programmes
  • Deliver engaging consultations that clearly articulate the value, outcomes, and structure of our courses
Application & Enrolment Support
  • Assist prospective students with the application process from document submission to enrolment
