Central Kitchen Operations Lead Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Central Kitchen Operations Lead to oversee the smooth execution of all operational activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor production progress to ensure timelines are met and take corrective action in the event of significant deviations.
  • Oversee daily Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food production processes, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage production schedules, labour allocation, and equipment utilization to meet output targets and minimize downtime.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize efficiency.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing kitchen operations and leading teams to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency. They will be responsible for implementing efficient systems and processes to manage production, labour, and equipment effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Proven track record in managing kitchen operations and leading teams to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
