Job Overview
Cleaners and maintenance professionals play a vital role in the success of any business. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand our client base and drive revenue growth across commercial environments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through targeted outreach efforts, including cold calls, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and on-site visits.
  • Evaluate leads and schedule site assessments and proposal presentations.
  • Create customized cleaning proposals and estimates that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure seamless handoffs to operations teams.
  • Manage lead records and pipeline performance in CRM.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (calls, visits, proposals, closed contracts).
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings as required.

Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in sales, preferably B2B field sales or services (cleaning, janitorial, facilities management, etc.).
  • Strong ability to identify and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable with outdoor work and local travel; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Self-motivated, organized, results-driven individual with a professional appearance.
