**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in commercial cleaning.
- Source and monitor opportunities from procurement platforms such as GeBIZ, TenderBoard, Ariba, and other vendor portals.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents in compliance with requirements.
- Generate leads through industry events, networking, referrals, and direct outreach (including cold-calling).
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Track and analyze tender submissions to improve win/loss performance.
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, performance, and marketing activities.
- Recommend strategies to strengthen sales effectiveness and client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, proposals, and customer feedback.
- Negotiate terms, close contracts, and coordinate smooth handover to operations for service onboarding.

**Requirements**:

- Sales experience in the cleaning services industry preferred.
- Strong prospecting skills with the ability to convert cold leads into clients.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the tendering process for commercial cleaning contracts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
