The Student Experience and Engagement Officer is a pivotal role at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd., responsible for creating an engaging campus experience and fostering a vibrant student community.


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Student Experience and Engagement Officer. This role will provide administrative and logistic support to student activities and events, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for students.


Key Responsibilities
  • Career Services:
    • Meet with students and graduates to provide career guidance and successful placement assistance.
    • Coordinate internship placements for students and develop relevant career development workshops.
    • Organize industry engagement events to connect students with industry leaders and provide opportunities for career growth.
    • Establish and maintain critical industry networks and communication links.
    • Promote and manage Student Leadership Programs in conjunction with University personnel.
  • Alumni Relations:
    • Build relationships with alumni and engage them in meaningful ways.
    • Keep alumni informed about School's developments and needs.
    • Attend alumni meetings and events as required.
  • Student Activities:
    • Plan, develop, review, and execute programs and student activities in consultation with the Director of Academic Services.
    • Set performance targets, goals, objectives, and priorities for each program.
    • Manage and liaison with Student Committee and Student Clubs.
    • Ensure information for students regarding activities is accurate and readily available.
    • Provide high-level responsibility for students during activities and ensure all activities are carried out professionally, safely, and centre appropriately.
    • Ensure that activities are cost-effective and financially viable.
    • Build rapport with students and effectively review and analyze activity success through various mediums.
  • Campus Events:
    • Manage planning, coordination, and execution of orientation programs for new intakes.
    • Manage airport pick-up arrangements, accommodation assistance, and peer mentor systems for new arrivals.
    • Manage planning and coordination of graduation ceremonies in Singapore for the school, in conjunction with the main campus.
    • Manage planning and coordination of symposiums, seminars, and conferences related to campus-led initiatives and research development.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Maintain current databases of student knowledge and events pertaining to academic reporting.
    • Produce periodic in-house campus newsletters relevant to staff and students.
    • Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Academic Services.
    Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a customer service/administrative role, preferably in an educational institution.

This role offers a competitive salary range of SGD $3,200 - SGD $4,000 per month, depending on experience.
