Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage students serving in-house suspension, providing guidance and support to help them meet their educational goals.
- Develop and implement targeted SEL Skill building modules, tailored to the needs of individual students.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide additional support for student management in high-needs classes and other school requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Mentoring and coaching experience working with young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
