Programme Coordinator Role
">This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth execution of programmes. The successful candidate will foster a secure and quality care environment for primary school-aged children and youth, creating trusting and respectful relationships with them while enriching their learning of values through co-designed and implemented developmentally, culturally, and age-appropriate curriculum.
">The Programme Coordinator plays a proactive and intentional part in strengthening partnerships with families and collaborating with team members to achieve this goal. Key responsibilities include overseeing and supervising children and youth enrolled in the programme from weekday afternoon to evening, assisting in coordinating and implementing activities and programmes for children and youth, and befriending, coaching, and mentoring children and youth using positive discipline methods.
