Business Execution Leader for Asia South

About the Role

Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Business Execution Leader for Asia South to join our Investment Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and strategy in the Asia South region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Asia South region
  • Manage and coordinate business operations, including franchise governance and client-focused initiatives
  • Track and analyze business performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Manage ad hoc projects and initiatives as requested by senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain communication standards and procedures to ensure effective internal and external communication
  • Advise and assist leadership in promoting and executing communications programs
  • Drive productivity and cost savings initiatives in partnership with senior management
  • Identify and develop business content to enhance brand awareness with stakeholders and clients
  • Develop and maintain communication metrics to monitor and measure the impact of the communication plan

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in a financial services role, preferably in investment banking or corporate banking
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of investment banking and corporate banking
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with Tableau skills a plus
