We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Finance team as the Senior Collections and Receivables Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, expertise in accountancy, and experience in collections and receivables management. Additionally, they should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks under pressure, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accounting and operations of collections and receipting functions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance controls and efficiency
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and address collections-related issues
  • Prepare annual revenue projections, financial reports, and manage accounts receivable function
  • Participate in digitalisation and transformation initiatives to enhance operational processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications
  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience, including 2 years of managerial experience leading teams
  • Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Highly driven individual who is meticulous, analytical, and resourceful
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact across different stakeholder groups
  • Knowledge of SAP financial systems & Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be an added advantage

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
