Bar Leadership Role\Helpers and Guidance \

The successful candidate will provide exceptional leadership to the bar team, ensuring efficient operations and delivering high standards of customer service. They will work closely with management staff to plan, coordinate, and manage staff and services.

  • Supervise a team of bartenders, servers, and hostesses to ensure they perform efficiently and provide excellent service.\
  • Assist with recruitment, training, scheduling, and development of team members.\
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings with staff to review all information pertinent to the day's business.\
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and addressing customer complaints or feedback promptly.\
  • Review operating results with the team and identify opportunities to improve performance.
\.Inventory Management \

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of beverages, mixology, and bar operations. They will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, and coordinating orders with suppliers.

  • Work with staff in service and food preparation to minimize wastage and increase productivity and efficiency.\
  • Collaborate with management and bartenders to develop new cocktails, seasonal drinks, and special promotions that appeal to the clientele.\
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the bar area.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong organizational and multitasking abilities. They will also have a well-groomed, professional appearance and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.\
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience at a supervisory level within a bar or hospitality setting.\
