Job Title: Site-Based Building Information Modeller

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an onsite BIM Modeler. As a key member of the project team, you will work closely with site engineers, consultants, and the BIM team to develop and update 3D models in alignment with ongoing construction activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model architectural, structural, or MEP elements in Autodesk Revit based on construction drawings and site conditions.
  • Coordinate with site teams to incorporate mark-ups, as-built changes, and real-time updates into the BIM model.
  • Assist in the generation of shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and schedules from BIM models.
  • Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
  • Ensure all models comply with project BIM standards, LOD, and data requirements.
  • Collaborate with BIM Coordinators and site engineers to resolve modeling issues or discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler (Revit-based).
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and familiarity with BIM 360/ACC.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and onsite coordination practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
