Job Title: Delivery Operations Supervisor

  • Oversight and management of delivery drivers to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge for efficient performance.
  • Design and implementation of daily delivery schedules to optimize productivity and on-time delivery.
  • Identification and resolution of issues that may arise during delivery, including logistical challenges and driver feedback.
  • Maintenance of current practices to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Ensure the delivery team has the required skills and knowledge for effective task completion.
  • Schedule Planning: Develop and execute daily delivery schedules to ensure high productivity and timely delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during delivery, including logistical challenges and driver feedback.
  • Performance Improvement: Maintain current practices to identify areas for enhancement.
