Job Title:

Senior Project Manager

  • A senior-level project manager role responsible for overseeing piling and foundation projects from planning through execution and delivery.
About the Role:

This is a leadership position that combines hands-on project management experience with strategic responsibilities. As a senior project manager, you will take ownership of projects, manage profit and loss, and lead teams to deliver results.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Project planning, execution, and delivery;
  2. Manage project profitability, cost control, and resource allocation;
  3. Lead, mentor, and develop project teams;
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership on project strategies, schedules, and budgets;
  5. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies;
  6. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, safety, and quality standards;
  7. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's preferred;
  • 8+ years' experience in piling/foundation projects;
  • Proven track record managing projects with direct P&L accountability;
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ambition to progress into a Head of Projects role;
  • Hands-on, results-oriented, and capable of influencing project outcomes at all levels.
