We're seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights that inform our marketing strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing numbers, spotting trends, and optimizing performance across digital and offline campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing campaigns and channels (e.g., digital ads, email, SEO, social media) to assess performance and ROI
- Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs, customer engagement, and funnel conversion metrics
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to provide data-backed insights
- Conduct A/B tests and provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Support audience segmentation and targeting strategies using customer data
- Build dashboards and automated reports for internal stakeholders
- Track market and competitor trends to inform marketing strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and attribution models
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
