Job Title: Compensation and Rewards Professional

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Rewards Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of our Total Rewards Programmes, ensuring their effective implementation and administration.

  • Support the design and delivery of comprehensive reward strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee data, compensation, and benefits.
  • Prepare and present data reports on compensation trends and programme performance.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to measure programme success.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to provide expert advice on compensation and rewards matters.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with expertise in compensation and total rewards.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems (e.g. SAP Success Factors).
