Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to support the regulatory compliance function within our Private Banking business.

  • Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures in line with internal standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver compliance training, advise on regulatory matters, and provide guidance on new regulations, business initiatives, product approvals, and licensing requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant updates to management and business units.
  • Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and internal investigations, and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments, focusing on anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance.
  • Review marketing materials and client-facing documents for regulatory alignment.
  • Evaluate agreements and contracts related to Private Banking activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory compliance principles and practices.

A self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills is required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or relevant professional services.
  • Experience in AML reviews and KYC processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Private Banking or Wealth Management products and the regulatory landscape.
  • Proficiency in a second language is required.
  • Skillful communication, teamwork, time management, ability to motivate oneself and others, thoroughness and quick thinking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
