Job Title: Operations Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to join our team at GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations and managing the Derivatives Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the Derivatives Team, including people management and administrative tasks.
  • Continuously review and enhance end-to-end settlement processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Update and maintain PPM as needed to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead Back Office System projects and automation initiatives to improve process efficiency.
  • Manage internal and external inspections and audits, and handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Requirements:
  • Possess a degree with at least 8 years' experience in supervising or leading a team in the financial industry.
  • Experienced in Futures and Options end-to-end settlement processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Futures and Options products.
  • Knowledge of MAS requirements and industry practices on AML/CFT.
