Enterprise Network Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Infrastructure Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of large-scale network infrastructure projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution
    • Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and priorities across internal teams and vendors.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, RAID logs, and progress reports.
    • Ensure alignment of deliverables and priorities across internal teams and vendors.
  • Team & Vendor Coordination:
    • Track and manage deliverables across internal technical teams.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to meet milestones and quality standards.
  • Governance & Quality Assurance:
    • Apply best practices in project governance and reporting.
    • Enforce quality checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet.
  • Strong skills in Excel (RAID tracking, dashboards) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
  • Familiar with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Experienced in using RAID logs, RACI matrices, Gantt charts, and dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of experience managing network infrastructure projects in enterprise environments.
  • Strong ability to lead internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
  • Knowledge of network technologies (WAN, LAN, Load Balancers, Firewalls) for effective technical discussions.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, SAFe, or ITIL are an advantage.
