Enterprise Network Architect Lead

Lead the design, implementation and evolution of robust, secure and scalable network solutions across the enterprise.

You will lead a team of solution architects and work closely with infrastructure, application and security teams to deliver resilient high-performance networking capabilities supporting both regional and global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and architect enterprise-wide network transformation initiatives.
  2. Define and own the regional network architecture roadmap standards and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver solutions aligned to business and security requirements.
  4. Evaluate emerging technologies and lead Proof of Concepts to determine fit for enterprise adoption.
  5. Provide hands-on guidance to the network solution team to ensure successful project delivery.
  6. Ensure network designs are scalable cost-effective and compliant with security and regulatory standards.
  7. Oversee vendor engagement solution proposals and technical validation.
  8. Contribute to disaster recovery planning and provide escalation support for major incidents.
  9. Maintain architecture documentation blueprints and configuration standards.
  10. Guide automation initiatives for improved deployment efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise network design implementation and architecture.
  • Minimum 3 years in a team lead or network solution architect capacity.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise network technologies including routing switching load balancers and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting and configuration management.
  • Familiar with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
