About the Role

The Compliance Officer will play a critical role in maintaining our compliance framework, ensuring that we adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and best industry practices.
  • Monitor and assess adherence to relevant laws and regulations, including the Insurance Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and data protection laws.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective measures.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters to ensure awareness and understanding of responsibilities.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring timely submission of reports and required documentation.
  • Investigate compliance breaches and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions or remedial measures.

Requirements
