At Google, we're building a submarine cable organization to support our global networking growth. We need an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering Network Operations related programs.

We're looking for someone who can design, deliver, and implement an E2E Operational Readiness Testing program. This will ensure network reliability, process robustness, and retrospective analysis from build to operate. You'll also manage processes aligned with best practices and industry standards for the Google Submarine Network.

Your key responsibilities will include gathering data analytics to drive operational efficiency, creating measures of operational excellence, and establishing dashboard views across domains. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners. Our goal is to build a Google that looks like the world around us – a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
