Backend Software Engineer



As a highly skilled and experienced Backend Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable and secure distributed systems on the public cloud. **Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement on-premises and cloud-based systems that prioritize scalability and security.
  • Build and maintain high-availability backend services and reusable frameworks.
  • Develop and optimize data platform solutions to meet the needs of our growing business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile sprints to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance system performance to ensure optimal results.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in backend development and possess strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with peer code reviews to maintain code quality. Additionally, you should have expertise in designing, building, and running microservices in a polyglot environment, leveraging technologies such as TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI. Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB is also essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS is highly desirable.
