Job Title: Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and developing distributed database components.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architecture and principles of distributed systems.

They will also be able to tackle challenging problems without clear solutions and have a willingness to learn new technologies.

A Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related fields is required, along with 4+ years of relevant development experience.

Additionally, proficiency in one of C/C++/Java and a deep understanding of the inner workings of Redis at the low-level code level are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop distributed database Hbase-related components.
  • Design and develop single-node LSM engine Rocksdb-related components.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 4+ years of relevant development experience.
  • Proficiency in one of C/C++/Java.
  • Deep understanding of the inner workings of Redis at the low-level code level.
  • In-depth understanding of architecture and principles of distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing large-scale data.
  • Knowledge in distributed consensus algorithms like Paxos/Raft.
  • Familiarity with distributed transaction models.
  • Expertise in low-level aspects of operating systems.
