Job Title: Digital Retail Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a Digital Retail Ambassador. This role involves assisting customers with various tasks, including creating IDs, downloading apps, and navigating microsites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer transactions using the Q matic system and providing exceptional communication skills to ensure seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers to create ID
  • Guide customers to download App
  • Show customers how to maneuver the App
  • Manage customers with Q matic system to issue Q
  • Assist customers with Sim Exchange & Router exchange transaction
  • Do Prepaid top ups for customers
  • Handle all customer queries when approached

In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
